About Us

NOODLEHEAD is a family-run food truck serving comfort bowls, hearty noodles, and warm Asian-inspired dishes to the Humble community. What began as a small family project grew into a neighborhood favorite, known for rich broths, playful fusion plates, and generous portions made with care.

The truck parks at 5131 Atascocita Rd, where everything is cooked fresh to order. Guests come for signature items like Birria Ramen, Hangover Cure Noodles, and Golden Rice, along with snacks, sweets, and crowd-friendly sides.

Our goal is simple: serve food that feels home-cooked, flavorful, and made by people who truly love what they do.

"I have wanted to try this food truck for a while and finally did this weekend. It was so good and the staff was super friendly. I had the birria ramen and asked for it spicy. It delivered on the spice, leaving my tongue and lips a little tingly… perfect. Next time, I am going to see if they can crank it up even more. The chicken potstickers, pork belly burnt end sliders, and Mongolian beef udon noodles were great too. I will be back."
